These are great affordable homes in San Miguel. I prefer to be higher up with the views than in centro any day! I plan on moving there to retire early and your video is super helpful!!!! I hope you end up moving there and making more videos with informative info that not all the other KZbinrs cover. Good luck!

Depending on where in SMA you are shopping….yes, it can be just as expensive as th US or more so. I havent shopped in SMA in the last year. I suspect there are still many properties very reasonably priced…but the ones walkable to Centro are going to be premium.
