I purchased property on the south side of Ambergris a few years ago. The difficulty in obtaining a golf cart permit has me wishing I had checked out Placencia before buying.

I get you. I wish I had checked it out first before buying as well. I have many clients selling in San Pedro due to issues.

How is water clarity and sandy beaches? Thinking of coming in mid august which area would have clearest-water and sandy beaches?
