love El salvador i have visited all those areas ten fold since my wife is salvadorean and has family there, in some areas you feel like you are going back 100years, the locals are super friendly and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

As a Salvadoran, yeah I agree it’s like going back in time. That’s because El Salvador economy is a bit behind, but it’s great to visit and go into the farm lands. Not a lot of people go into the small towns like San Rosario, San Antonio, etc.

Its too bad Ì had trouble getting uber drivers or taxi drivers show up. Ì missed most of this. I also tried twice to get to Salvador del Mundo but to no avail. Ì guess people here don't really show such monuments due respect. Ive never experienced this kind of thing in any other city. Sad.

My best recommendations for next time is to get in contact with a local, rent a vehicle or check the page of Ministery of Culture where they do offer free rides to the cultural/recreation places of our country.

Beautiful, but the urban areas not so clean, but it’s changing. But again, very beautiful and laid back. The best part are the people, very generous and friendly. There’s so much packed in such a tiny country.

Be very welcome..just a few tips for you when in El Salvador...get a reliable car to move across the city or the country..get a sun filter..do not drink water from the tap..stay away of zones of burglar and crime..enjoy it...😀👍👍👍

Awesome video. It’s good to see positive videos of El Salvador, watching it’s progress and attraction of tourism. Went for the first time during the summer. Have family in the city and rural side of the country, so I got a good taste of both and it was an experience. Had an amazing time, I almost didn’t come back home haha.

Sorry but I'm a recent tourist and it's not the best for tourists. The people here need to be more helpful and friendly. Also many things are expensive, even more than in the West... For example eating out or transport

Yeah, that part of the coast is rocky beaches, just go east or west from there for the sand beaches, black sand beaches. The further east you go, the more secluded they are. I’m going down in Juan, again, to explore the east which I never have been to, Playa Las Tunas, and Tamarindo.
