Sanaa in Animal Kingdom Lodge at Walt Disney World | Disney Dining Review

Sanaa is synonymous with their signature bread service. Yes, of course we are getting that today, but there is also so much more to try at this Indian-inspired African restaurant. In addition to the wonderful food, you can watch the animals on the savannah while you dine! Even though it's pretty out of the way, it's a fantastic option for the adventurous eater. Enjoy!

Love Sanaa! You are right. The bread service is to die for! I like the Potjie inspired. The butter chicken is insanely good! It appears you are cocktail people, which is great. However, I would encourage you to try the wine at Sanaa and Jiko the next time you visit. South Africa is one of the great wine regions of the world, and they have the largest collection of South African wines outside of the country. I would actually recommend at Signature restaurants to start with a cocktail, then ask for a recommendation on a glass of wine to pair with dinner. You will be surprised how much the right pairing will enhance your meal. You might even get one for the appetizer and a different one for the entrée. You might even try a wine pairing enhancement if its available. My wife and I did this at Remy on the Fantasy. It was an incredible experience!

Everyone likes different things. I absolutely love Kidani. I've stayed there several times. Sanaa is amazing! That butterscotch dessert looked really good, but you both seemed a little underwhelmed. Was it good? Would you get it again? Thanks for the video...although, seeing the bread service really makes me want to go, but I'm 2500+ miles away.

Lol, the bread service is SO GOOD! the butterscotch dessert was good, it just took a couple bites to appreciate. It was very different, which is to be expected at Sanaa. We would definitely get it again, but Dan wouldn’t eat the pineapple topping 😂

Different vibes - jiko is high end, date night, special occasion kinda thing. Sanaa is great for a regular sit down lunch or dinner
