নতুন বাংলাদেশে পুঁজিবাজারকে আন্তর্জাতিক মানে নিয়ে যেতে সম্প্রতি 8 দফা সংস্কার প্রস্তাব দিয়েছে সিএফএ সোসাইটি বাংলাদেশ, কোন কালক্ষেপণ ছাড়া যার প্রতিটিই বাস্তবায়নযোগ্য। বর্তমান প্রেক্ষাপটে যারা ঝুঁকি নিতে চান তাদের জন্য ব্লু চিপ শেয়ারে বড় এক্সপোজারের সুযোগ রয়েছে। এদিকে যারা ঝুঁকি নিতে চান না, তাদের সামনেও দীর্ঘমেয়াদি ট্রেজারি বন্ডে সর্বোচ্চ বিনিয়োগ করে বড় মুনাফার হাতছানি, বলছিলেন সিএফএ সোসাইটি বাংলাদেশের সেক্রেটারি ও শান্তা অ্যাফেট ম্যানেজমেন্টের সিইও কাজী মনিরুল ইসলাম, সিএফএ, সিএমটি।

লোকদেরকে ডেকে ডেকে এনে প্রলব্ধ করা হয়। তারপর শেয়ারের দাম ছিটকে পারে। কোম্পানির লোকসান অথবা দেউলিয়া হয়ে যায় অথবা কোন ডিভিডেন্ট দেয় না অথবা জেট ক্যাটেগর তো চলে যায়। এই হল বাংলাদেশের শেয়ার ব্যবসা।
