10:50...the argument is not a good one because do not conflate being able to "dribble" and having "stylistic aesthetic" as being way better as a footballer. Yes Hazard can dribble better than Salah, but does Hazard have the movement, finishing instincts, and other attributes. Yes Messi is better than Ronaldo but to say "way better" is strange because could Messi head the ball like Ronaldo, or strike a shot from angles that Ronaldo has? They all have positive attributes that eclipse others. Man saying Olise and Eze cause they dribble well.

All due respect to Rants and the pp that wont agree with me. I know this is the most unpopular opinion atm but I will never not defend it: *We dont need a style of play, we need a winner mentality instilled in our players* . Look at Madrid ! Don Carlo has em play the most pragmatic football you can find. Battered City and did not even touch the ball. Yeah? They do turn on the style where they can but also are flexible when they need to be. I dont even know how ppl can talk about style and passing when all that has ever mattered in football is results. Ask Madrid fans if they care how they play when they win the CL every other year. They dont ! This issue has always vexed me, cause English fans have, IMO, fallen victims to this style agenda. We did not have a particular style of play under Fergie either. I can tell you how we played ,and how we set up, but we were mostly pragmatic and went for the wins! All that matters in football is the win, and we need to bring in a manager that can teach our lads how to win IMO.

Its like those ppl that smoke and say " yeah I'll quit as soon as X happens" . We need to look at the best and try to emulate it day 1. Thats the only way ! And if you dont trust me then just read up on how Fergie wanted to dethrone Liverpool ( who at the time were the biggest club in England and one of the biggest in the world) We need goals and not just general ideas of being "good". These last ones never work and ppl always relapse, as we have inf fact all these years under every new manager. One good year 3 bad ones... Think about it.
