Ezreal, ur Q W E are working as intended - they dont target allies when you hover mouse over their portrait - however ezreal's R works like Ornn's R, and if you have mouse over your ally portrait, you gonna send it to them. So no, i dont think this is a bug, this is intended on those guys R skills.

The point of the combo is literally just to all in the enemy toplaner with constant cc, the hard part about it is autoing as the first round of ornn ult comes through to get the brittle proc then ulting again quick enough.

zForceX except you literally don’t need to- the second round knock up will trigger the brittle and re-apply the second round- so trying to auto there will just miss you ults- you do need to auto right after the second brittle- and if you need a bit more your w is ready for some final damage
