SACRED CHRISM MASS Diocese of Motherwell 2018
What a lovely day for the Catholics of the Diocese of Motherwell as they joined together as a diocesan family for the Annual Chrism Mass. Our priests renewed their Ordination vows and the holy oils to be used over the next year were blessed.
Our lady of Good Aid Cathedral had standing room only as the sun shone on the Catholics in this little part of the Lord's vineyard/

Yep, great procession of clergy: hands in pockets, chatting, arms crossed, looking around ... next time they'll be high-giving like the Laughing Cow. These men have no concept of the majesty of the Mass and their awesome responsibility. Chat on. Sad.

You'll find this but as they enter the church that will change this video wasn't the full mass if it had been u would have seen the difference. 2 of my friends are amongst the clergy. Fr Sean Wyllie and Fr Paul Denney.

They are not in Mass yet, they are outside. Once they enter the Cathedral the mood changes. They stop talking and start singing.
