Love this. This is kind of how I imagined the future shaping up after my Institute/Minutemen playthrough (I allied them, and had my Sole Survivor promise prosperity for the wastes as Institute Director).

I'm always disappointed when People destroy the Institute because it has done something bad in the past. I look at them as the most useful faction to build a better future. And just like you, the Minutemen and Institute become allies, though in my world the Minutemen become both the middlemen between the Institute and the scared population, as well as the police force that keeps the peace of my Commonwealth. They also get a supply of gen 2 Combat Androids/robots to better do their Job.

@Das Institut that is the right way to use them (the minutemen). I used a mod to have Gen 2s and even some Coursers (in the big settlements) put in as settlements guards... made defending against raids much easier. Institute building assets also make the settlements a lot more advanced and clean looking. Madison Li was right when she said she felt the Institute had a lot to offer the surface population.

I recommend you guys to clean the whole Sanctuary before install this, and load the mod after finishing the mission killing the insects with codsworth

I love this mod but there's a glitch where some of the old houses respawn any tips to fix it?

I am still more of a Minutemen version I think. This one is really nice and very Institutish but I think if I was manning the battlements to repel invaders I would have the nagging feeling I was being expected to fight to the death for the Commonwealth's last standing Ikea Warehouse .

I should have made a 'special basement' for Marcy hmm ... Also sadly enough, the kitty 'Chappie' passed away last week ... It’s neat that there are different versions of this mod so the player can choose whichever one fits their roleplay. I like how thoroughly the faction themes are carried out throughout each version. In the Institute version, the tree and spiral staircase feature is stunning! I love that a cat comes with each version of the settlement.

There are elements from both the MM and Institute versions that I like in this place. I guess I would pick a 'Minitute' version in that sense. But it is always nice to have options. The BoS version I find to be very rusty looking, but I suppose when you live in metal power armour all the time something like that wouldn't be an issue.

I work on the steam clean crew here and we power wash everything top to bottom every month. We found a warehouse full of a 200 year supply of Abraxo!.

Having watched em all thru you at this point, id still favor the institute version. The clean aspect of it fits the faction perfectly, and that tree in the showcase, representing this sort of new beginning, (since they were fiddling with fauna and flora regrowth), startin anew, really complemented the whole thing. The robot fella from the BoS showcase is part of your campaign in the game, long as you side with em. Tad unrelated, but what water mod is it you use? yours looks quite nicer than mine.

I still have the clean version, where I had made my main residence but that of the institute I like a lot, I wonder if since it is the same layout, I could change the mod without losing my small personal changes ... I recently upgraded the coastal villa to my taste, my settlers are very pooch there, i used the "Masterwork Architecture Project" for their settlement ^^But my Fallout is a showcase for Madrox now ^^

Ok, so I'm having issues with clipping, I know its either load order or something else. I've moved the mod closer to the bottom. But I'm also wondering what the modders instruction about cleaning up the vanilla sanctuary first means, I though it meant to get rid of anything i built in sanctuary. that didn't work, then I moved the mod closer to bottom, now I'm just scrapping anything that is scrapable, and I have scrap that settlement mod so that's something. so once everything is scrapped, houses, roads, trees, grass trash etc., Ill install estates again and follow the other directions and hopefully that helps.

I know I've commented on this video before but I just ordered some upgrades for my PC, so I can finally use my fallout 4 game I bought years ago and I already know I want this mod after I play one time unmodified and I was wondering can you scrap the institute flags and icons? Because I love that style more but from my research the minutemen are the faction to go with...so I was just wondering in advance...also Feb what another mod should I get? Your pretty much the only person I trust for fallout because I know your likes from skyrim and you seem to for the most part like what I do design wise...also have u ever considered a let's play even if its a small one...I just love hearing your voice more than most of the KZbin out there...you voice reminds me of hope I know that sounds weird but it suck here in my life as of late you keep me from going insane 🤗

You know there's a Minutemen version of this mod? I chose the Minutemen version although BOS one is not bad. Interesting enough the Institute version my least favorite. It's a little too antiseptic for my taste. It also has weaker defenses than the other two (no outer barricades on the shore).

You don't - you can go with whatever faction you like and still have any of the options Madrox has given us for Sanctuary:)

So I noticed that you've got different mods installed in the same places are these on different game saves if it's on the same game save how are you able to clear all the previous mod stuff so they don't get weird together I just discovered this game like last month on PS4 and it's amazing and like these mods are so cool and so beautiful but I've noticed that there's some things that maybe I installed that I thought they were different mods and I no longer want them what's the best way to go about removing of them I need help or whatever and the point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

I knew I wanted to showcase a few of Madrox's makeovers of Sanctuary as they're each different and interesting so what I did was install the first one, video it, go back to an old save having uninstalled it, and then installed the next and so on. When it comes to removing mods, check the mod descriptions carefully as some have uninstall potions that you need to take.

@@FebrithDarkstar holy crap, thank you so much!! this worked, it got rid of all these weird things that were like left over from when I disabled and uninstalled mods and switch them out but I tell you what I love that institute sanctuary layout it is so nice cuz I've come across a couple mods that you know the buildings look nice and everything but you're unable to place anything like the walls.. even though I can see them, im not able to hang pictures you know like doing decorating and shit like that. Anyway thanks so much and your videos are great by the way

I love the Institute. But their Story, thanks to Bethesda upper Management no doubt, is just shit. All these ridiculous mustache twirling evil acts that are made entirely to make the Institute some flat villain. Really whenever I join the Institute I just ignore the Story and make up my own shit. For starters Super Mutants don't exist at all. Those that are in Fallout 4 traveled from F3 to F4. The kidnappings didn't happen, the random ass kidnappings at least. Kellog is responsible for the destruction of University Point and the Institute created the provisional government, only for a mistake to fuck it all up. The Institute just has to much cool stuff. Their destruction is the most evil act in the game.
