My game (Ps5) crashed as I was saving the game after I finished this section. The save file was corrupted. Had to take a breather, an hour break, then did the entire section again. Now I'm re-watching this section as Cynth does it. I feel emotionally invested 🤣

Watching your growing paternal instincts develop is very fun. Gunning down strangers and planning future killings while also being an encouraging parent. Your future kids are going to be very lucky to have you. 😉 Considering how much you clearly love this world I would also recommend the Rapture novel. If you want to learn more about the history of Raptures rise and fall before Jack showed up it's a great read and the audio book version is also available here on KZbin

You were lucky with that Little Sister defence at 15:50 . It's a while since I've played but I remember that one being a nightmare! Splicers coming from all directions. But "random is random" as they say 🙂

Putting the traps in the right spots is the key , although that was unusually easy on that one. Usually someone comes through the adjoining rooms on me even when I put rivet traps on each of the doorways and floors between them.

To prepare for your little sister to collect Adam from a corpse, in addition to putting down the trap rivets, you can also put down the turrets from the hacking tool and also get the cyclone trap plasmid so you can put other plasmids with it. The cyclone traps make great protection for the incoming splicers. The Scout plasmid is a waste in my opinion. Also, don't use the winter plasmid too much because if you kill a splicer when they are frozen they disintegrate and you cannot collect stuff from them. Also, you can take research videos of security cameras and turrets as well. Also, don't waste Adam buying tonics. You will get all the tonics you need later in the game and also through your camera research. You want to save Adam for your plasmids and plasmid slots.

I think the very quiet collectings of adam is a glitch. It has happened to me as well. Normally it's very busy with splicers everywhere, but sometimes it seems it doesn't trigger correctly, or they get stuck or lost somewhere... it even happened that not a single one showed up once. So you're just standing there with traps set up everywhere, ready with the right guns and ammo... like an idiot. :) (BS2 is a little buggy actually, quite a few weird glitches and bugs here and there...)

I was hoping you'd see that 3rd slug on your way back. There be 2 others later in the game , one of which is in a unique place. If you play Minerva's Den , it also has slugs in it. Siren's Alley , Dionysus Park , and Fontaine Futuristics are my 3 favorite areas of the game. Please consider turning off the helmet view.

Idk, I loved that part. Get cyclone trap and upgrade it to hold plasmids. Bouncing splicers off walls and setting them on fire and shooting them through exploding barrels never got old. Same for using solid slug and rocket spears.

I just don't rate Bioshock 2. Never completed it myself, and watching this playthough isn't changing my mind. It just feels a bit flat, helping the little sisters becomes a chore, and the story not that interesting. I absolutely loved Bioshock 1 and Infinite, though. So, I'm looking forward to the Infinite playthrough.
@Zso-VIII3 жыл бұрын
It falls down to what you like in a story. Bioshock 1 had flash and substance, Bioshock 2 was substance without flash, and Bioshock Infinite was flash without substance.
@darrenwoodbine38423 жыл бұрын
@@Zso-VIII Bioshock 1 and Infinite both had good stories, good depth of characters and imaginative backgrounds. But for me, Bioshock 2 lacked that, 4 episodes in, and nothing has really happened other than getting Adam from the little sisters, which gets a bit repetitive.
@Zso-VIII3 жыл бұрын
@@darrenwoodbine3842 Infinite's story was very shallow and didn't make sense if you look at it closely. I've watched a handful of videos analysing and dismantling it. That, and the fact that it didn't really bring many interesting concepts to the fore and didn't challenge anything, instead relying entirely on some twists and pretty settings, made it the lowest of the three in my book (and many people's).
