Some things you missed : 1- You don't need one handed sword, any one handed weapon will work and be transformed in a sword. 2 - You don't need elemental weakness as you ignore elemental resistances with your ascendency so it's 0 and then don't go negative, better to have another curse

Thanks for the build, been trying several Inquis builds for sanctum, PBOD feels better imho but damage is lacking on medium investment (just starting out and learning the ropes). Can I ask how much movespeed and mine-throwing speed you have in the footage you show in the beginning? It feels like a lot more than what's in the pob and for me minefield support locks me in place way to long to feel comfortable.

@@cardinals9167 I've now invested a bit in the build (still pretty budget, around 5-7 div I would guess) and invested into mine throwing speed. I'm at 0.42 throwing time in POB and at around 0.46 it started to feel good. Apart from the tree and quality on gems I got throwing speed on 3 jewels and put action speed on the boots (even the lowest 4% is quite nice). Overall, very satisfied now. I put it together on a very low budget by crafting boots and rings myself (around 20c for each base and overall maybe 1 div in essences, then craft life or movespeed; got triple T1 boots with T1 life on the second essence xD). I saved quite a bit by not going for the reservation corruption on the helmet but using a Crown of the Inward Eye. I dropped Punishment and only rely on the curse on hit gloves, which is more than enough for sanctum. Instead, I use Vitality and Flesh and Stone to reserve just enough life so that I can drop max mines and still have enough for the movement skill at all times (reserving all life and not being able to use my movement skill cost me at least one run). For mapping I drop Zealotry and use Punishment. I'm around 30-35M DPS now and am breezing through 83 sanctums.

@@markhof Yeah I checked my jewels because I thought I had mine throw speed on at least 2 of them but I didn't have any at all. I invested around 10-12 div to the build and it's able to run 83 Tomes easily. Made around 30 div today so I'll be looking at doing some upgrades tomorrow.

Put about 30d investment to play this build after rerolling. I thought it looked great, seems great on paper, hell it even plays pretty great. However, I am having two issues, one which is really major. I seem to be taking chaos damage through my Energy Shield, even with Coruscating Elixir up 100%. I saw a forum thread regarding the Greater Wraith boss in Sanctum, that was having the same issues as me. It seems like Blood Magic, Coruscating and Ivory Tower aren't working together as they should. Also, I seem to be unable to use all the auras at once. Am I only using Discipline for the Vaal trigger? Otherwise it's fighting with my Punishment's aura reservation. One final thing - I was initially using a 24% quality Silver Flask with 28% Reduced Charges AND I have 30% More Flask Charges gained from my Brutal Restraint - yet I am still unable to sustain the Silver Flask. It's fine for now - I'm using Bismuth for resist cap, but is it by design that you have to kill some monsters here and there to fully maintain the SIlver + Quicksilver?

Solved the aura issue - simply forgot the Life Reservation Mastery :). However the issue of Chaos damage sometimes hitting you through ES despite Coruscating Elixir being up still happens. And quite often too.

@@raisschultz420 I'm not %100 sure about sanctum monster mods but a couple leagues back I played Mjolner mana stacker, with CI, it relied on having Coruscating uptime, there is a touched modifier that strips your flask effect, causing infuriating deaths when otherwise I could tank anything. There might be a similar modifier in sanctum somewhere?

@@raychich Thx bro. Leveling was miserable but once I got to lvl 85 and respec into tri-stack, its been a blast to play this. I didn't went exactly for your setup, but for CaptainLance9's version, which I think its a bit more balanced. My plan was to farm Sanctum but I suck at it, so I dropped that idea quickly lol. I'm just having way too much fun mapping with this build. It's so good, it has good DPS, good clear, it doesn't sacrifice defenses for all of that, it doesn't cost much and I can run almost every map mod. The only thing that sucks is the movement skill, I don't know how to get around that.

Any way to replace that flask mechanic with something else? I remember the problem with this flask thing , is that if any enemy with flask charges stealing gonna attack you , you technically done. Also anything that can affect flasks can heavily damage this build.

Same here. "Drought" monster mod - "Your flask charges are being drained over time and you cannot gain flask charges". What the solution for this? This mod is not rare, and happen to be in all maps(at least in ultimatums it persists always). Or this build just for sanctum?

when I started this build I cant throw mines, but when I leveled the gems the problem just dissapeared... I dont really know how that worked but it did it. The build works very well until you get one shooted for some random bs or when you are destroyed by a barrage of projectiles...

For a more endgame version you can look at captain lance’s video. Basically you use curtains call and two split personalities with increased attributes. Basically it makes it easier to hit 800+ of every attribute, so you throw 2 additional mines for « free ». Then you try getting some nice corrupts with mana reservation efficiency to be able to use more auras, and bobs your uncle. The basic build listed in this video is pretty cheap to setup so if you have a few divs laying around definitely give it a try. The more advanced version is far more expensive as the good corruption implicits are expensive, and you will be chewing up tainted currency to get the links and colors

If you have T1 mod "Reduced charges used" on the magic flasks, 20% quality and a single jewel with "increased flask effect duration" mod in your skill tree, then you should have 100% uptime on your flasks even when afk. Do NOT use flasks with any "Reduced duration" suffix or it will not be sustainable.

thats crazy, you missed something. Check my pob again, if you don't have reservation corrupt on your helmet then you need to drop one aura, maybe thats why you could have only one mine active

I swiped this build and cleared my first lv83 tome today! First sanctum clear ever actually. My only issue is that I only have 450 unreserved life, which isn't enough to pay the reservation cost for 18 mines. If I have 12 mines out, I can't throw any more. Do I just need better life rolls on gear? Also missing the very last life node on the passive tree

Deactivate zealotry or increase life pool; every single mine you land, will reserve life, if life pool is too low, you will only be able to land 3, 4, 5.. just try deactivating 1 aura, I suggest deactivating zealotry as the damage is already very very high :D

if a mob have a curse before hexblast hit, the skill will remove the curse to deal more dmg, the aura isnt enough to keep putting curses, but curse on hit aplies after the skill hit, so punishment is to get the first curse and ele weakness on hit to keep reaplaying curses.

@@denhay723 the curse that works is the last one applied, since you thrown 3-4 mines per cast, while the aura is on "cooldown" the curse on hit will apply on other hits. You can use any curse, punishment is a good one because the dmg when low life, ele weakness is "useless" if you have 100% crit because inquisitor ignore resistances on crit hits

with this build about 10-15 divs. Leveling not rly, take any other leveling for templar and then respec (for example ice nova of frostbolts from Zizaran or Goratha)

I've been running this build for a couple dozen sanctums now, and its been great for the most part. One frustration is that during the final phase of Lycia, if her first move is the purple whirlwind laser, she usually one-shots me before I can react. The voice-line comes at the same time as the attack and I usually can't dodge it. If I manage to dodge it initially, she always catches up to me if I try to run/flamedash around her. I'm currently in the 50 mil dmg range, I pre-load Lycia with mines and bear trap, which gets her to about 2/3 or 3/4s. So I can't outright kill her unfortunately. I think I'm pretty unlucky b/c the times I've lost Sanctums like this it's always been divines with hour of divinity. Any advice?

You don't need to one shot lucia, you just need to throw all your mines and bear trap, after that she will have ~50% life. You need to run around her and throw more mines

@@raychich You didn't address the issue at all. The problem with the build is that it's not enough dps to one shot lycia to avoid the scenario that I described. Granted, this is only an issue if you run a relic that doesn't let you have boons, but I expected to be able to--since you state as much in the video. The main problem is that the tornado beam is phys to chaos and we have -50% chaos res, so we'll always get one-shot if we get tagged. We can one shot her if we get any of the boons that lower hp or increase our damage---but again that means we can't run no boon relics. This is where I imagine a shockwave totem build is just better, because of the damage uptime. The build would be fine if it had enough dps to one-shot.

Didn't saw pob but wither totem and ballance of terror with despair mod is good thing to slow her at start of the fight and just shield charge around her. My trickster with 28b Pinnacle damage is feeling fine with her. Maybe you should use flame dash. Frostblink overhyped😁

when you throwing mines, your life reserves so it's not sustainable. But you don't need to be able to throw all 18 mines, 14-15 will be fine just continue throwing them. Or you can scale your maximum life and you will have more unreserved life

Run with it around 50+ sanctums and sometime i have one tapped, mod on monsters "grasping vines" if its mod appeared you just die, i think grasping vines its chaos dmg but its kill you no matter have you active flask or not)

you might've not had flasks on, the flask makes chaos damage not bypass energy shield
