My silver just won’t melt 😢 I’m using 925 silver, bought a torch that’s supposed to be for jewellers and it just won’t melt… it turns red but that’s it, stays solid. Do you have any idea what am I doing wrong? :(

@@Username82809 it sounds like the silver just isn’t getting hot enough. To do sandcasting you need to be able to melt a lot of metal so I would suggest buying a mapp gas torch or if it’s in your budget getting an oxygen conversion torch ☺️

Being in the US (aka 'Murica) I've never use the N, S, E, W (or was that N, E, S, W? I always get those two confused) method to remove my wax model from the clay. I usually use the chocolate ice cream method. Definitely not the vanilla ice cream method. You should use the ice cream method with a cone and not a bowl. The bowl method wouldn't work nearly as well for this application. Well, have yourself a good day and I'll be looking forward to your next video.
