What is the name of a video game that involves racing and music because all I can recall of a customizable character who is child of a famous racer named Eugene Astor who died from an unfortunate accident on the track, later in the future time after being exiled from the coporate city to survive the waste with an ill mother, and you need to race to get a city pass in order to get back to the city and try to save her.
