Great video and thank you for posting! My wife and I went there in June 2016 right before they added the new pools and updated the rooms. We had a beach side room near the north end close to where the catamarans are. We were in our mid 40's and we liked how much quieter and less busy it is compared to the Sandals Grand. We did not visit La Tok. We plan to go back in June 2024 and stay in the room we stayed in before as it has been updated with a private pool! Can't wait!

Hey Danny. Ok. This is a new resort. Let’s see what this one has to offer compared to La Toc. Ok. The pool rolls up quick. Love the swim up bar and food service. Sandals is all inclusive so are all restaurants and drinks included? I asked you this in one of the La Toc videos forgetting this was Sandals. The beach looks great. No seaweed. Ok. I just heard you talk about the inclusions by the paddle boats about activities, food and drink. Love the fire pit areas and seaside eateries. Funny. Halcyon means peace and tranquillity. Halcion is a sleeping pill. Sandals is like a cruise ship on land. So many different eating options. Amazing. Lovely tour. I guess you’ll start showing the rooms next. Thanks much. When we are ready, my husband wants to book with Harr Travel.

@@sarahhopson6131 There was one day it rained most of the day but the other 6 days it was just a few passing showers only lasting 15-20 mins. Not even enough to justify getting out of the pool.

Really like the videos on Sandals you've been doing, nice to see some in depth reviews and footage of the properties. Never been to one but seriously considering the new resort in Curacao for our 10-year anniversary. When do you think we will start seeing how Sandals is transforming that property? I want to do it, but info is hard to come by.

How are the rooms? are any of the rooms for this property updated? I have a trip booked for August 2022 but I'm a little worried the property/room might be outdated. Great videos. Been going through your videos and wish I discovered your channel sooner.

I've been meaning to follow up - Went in August and the resort was extremely quiet which was what we were looking for. Previous feedback was correct - resort is dated. not sure i would revisit this resort. My first Sandals experience and it wasn't all that grand. perhaps I was expecting too much. Overall a good experience but based on the commercials I was expecting something much more awesome. Staff was awesome but resort could use some TLC.

@@seattlefreeze - I didn't get to visit "La Toc" but met a few people who said it was definitely more lively. I didn't mine it being quiet but LA Toc and The Grande have more restaurants based on feedback.

@@seattlefreeze - will you be staying at one of the hotels property? If yes - for the restaurants that requires a reservation you would go to front desk and book. Sandals had a policy where once you are booked in at one property you can shuttle to the others. If you're not staying at sandals I don't believe you'll be able to eat at the property.
