Sandboarding Review, Moreton Island | How Does it Compare to Amusement Rides?

Sandboarding is a unique activity that can only be done in a few places. You can either sled or surf down a sandy hill. I tried sandboarding at Moreton Island in Australia. And in this video, I will review the experience and compare it to amusement rides.

I'm doing that north of Sydney this summer (or winter in Australia) because I'm already going to Launceston, Tasmania for the Southern Lights and I'm not going to island hop to a 2nd island due to time and cost. I will leave on July 26 and I will only have July 28-August 15 in Australia, so I figured when I am going to Sydney from Gold Coast, I will sandboard on August 4.

I prefer sledding. Snow is more comfortable to sand. But they do feel similar.
