Majestic voice, excellent alAlapanais, swaraprasthArams, diction & a rich bhava-laden rendition.👍 Starting with sowrAshtram (ninnujUchi by patnam subramania iyer) he followed up with a delectable poorvikalyNi keeping with the meaning of lyrics (O rAma nee nAmEmi ruchirA by bhadrAchala ramadas, where he states the tastiness of perumAL's nAma) kEdAragowlai (saraguna pAlimpa by poochi srinivasa Iyengar) yamunAkalyAni (pAhi pAhimAm krishna) & a slokam describing the pattAbhisheksm scene in mohanam - ?? - bhAgEsri (vAmEbhUmisuthA) vakulAbharanam (bhajarE sreerAmam by BR) asAvEri (unnAdO lEdO by BR) SB (rAmanai tharuvAi by arunAchala kavi) YK (sri rAma jayarAma of the saint where he praises perumAL) Wonderful ✨ The violin support by vidwan L. Ramakrishnan was too good. His ragam portrayals were a treat to hear. 👌The percussion support by vidwan sai giridgar (mridangam) & vidwanKVG (ganjira) was brilliant.👍 Thanks to MadRasana for bringing the event live 🙏

O Rama Nee Ramami Ruchira was the sparlklng star of this astounding concert. The beautiful gliding jaaru phrases in Purvikalyani were used to utmost advantage to highlight the essence of Rama Rasam and the fervor with which he sang this kriti instantly transported the rasika into a different world of Rama Bakthi.
