Stop thinking too much about struggles of life ahead thats why this is making you depressed. Just accept it as it is. Start simple meditation. First dance or excercise a bit. Then when you are bit tired just sod down in a very relaxed state or u can just lay down ans start observing breath and sounds near you and thought . Just see and dont think.
