I found that what the teacher is talking about is true. Last night I found myself sitting with upsetting thoughts. Then I suddenly found myself just letting my thoughts flow unhindered. They slowly flowed and I became detached from those thoughts and I began to relax. Thank you teacher 🙏🏾🤲🏾💜

It's so much easier as I get older. Oh man, what a relief. I'm not as depressed and anxious as I was when I was younger. I'm 56 and I don't things don't bother me as much, but I still struggle with anxiety sometimes. Gonna attempt to meditate again ✌️

Let come these thoughts and don't get anxious just be kindness and fear comes face it practically.... In meditation hold your mind... Focus only on your breathing.... Breathe in and out.... Concentrate on the nose and observe the breathing how to goes in and out and don't miss it .. if u missed out due to your thoughts you start again focusing on your breathing

True. Please allow me to interrupt. I do research on how Buddhism disappeared in Bihar. I realized it never disappeared from Bihar. Buddhists simply failed to research Indian Buddhism. They looked at Buddhism through the sphere of their own cultures searching for only the Buddha. Buddha had a myriad of names in different villages according to his teachings there. Example. His favorite teaching was 'Lust and desire causes pain. Remove lust and desire, and pain is removed'. Translated into Bihari (where the Buddha story took place) it is DHUKH HARAN meaning to remove dukha. Three dozen villages pray to DUKH HARAN Baba. Its clear that DUKH HARAN Baba is none other than the Buddha. Problem is Buddhists are searching only for the Buddha. In the real Vaishali the Buddha begged for alms. The locals there pray to 'BHIKHAINI' Baba (Beggar Baba). Bhikhaini was mispronounced by Buddhists as Bhikshu. Who is BHIKHAINI Baba. The Buddha no doubt. But people are searching for a man called Buddha. In the real Vaishali, in Beluha the Buddha suffered a sickness and felt he had grown old. The locals pray to 'BURHA' Baba (Old Baba). Who is BURHA Baba. The Buddha no doubt. In the real Vaishali the Lichavies pressurized Buddha not to die. They trailed him to Bandagawan pressurizing him not to die. To put pressure in Hindi is DABESHWAR. Three dozen villages around the stupa where Buddha gave the Lichavies his patra, the villagers pray to Baba 'DABESHWAR NATH' meaning the man who won the pressurizing game. It was the the Buddha no doubt as he gave the Lichavies his patra and succeded in sending them back. But Buddhists are searching for the Buddha. In Pidhauli (Vaishali) the local deity is Bardiha Baba. Bardiha means the Baba who didn't allow us to stay where he was staying. Bardiha Baba is the Buddha no doubt because he didn't allow the crowd of Lichavies to stay with him in Bandagama. Forgive me for commenting out of the topic. I just wanted to impart this information to Buddhists.

People don’t realize the value of meditation until they actually submerge themselves into it. It’s a process, and you are a process. The people who say they can’t meditate are usually the ones who need it the most.

@@Stress_._Free Slow breaths and very deep. You you wanna progressively slow the breath. But it is not a novice feature. What’s more important is that the breath is deep and full. most people don’t inhale to maximum capacity. Then exhale to maximum capacity. You shouldn’t go super slow you should go to a comfortable Pace and then every couple minutes slow it down down just a tad. This is a gradual process.

I love this video! Off topic but... I used to meditate deeply when I first started, but I scared myself and stopped. I had only been meditating for a week and suddenly, as I was chanting my mantra in my head, all the sounds around me went away and all I could hear was a high pitched sound and I felt as if I'd be lifted away if I continued to meditate that deeply. 😅 Now I'm more cautious!

This video imparts most relevant thing to do meditation and get the benefit out of it i.e., WATCHING THOUGHTS COMING TO MIND UNATTACHED. So one must understand not to suppress the thoughts, INSTEAD, observe them UNATTACHED. VERY WELL EXPLAINED. Really Appreciable. Thank you so much for your good words of advice. We can try.... Only the Time and Steady Thoughts that again directs us to perform it.

Nice video but practicals are needed. Be careful what you feed your mind. Avoid comparing yourself with others, reduce watching negative social media and avoid constipation as it affects the mind. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives relief from stress-anxiety. For a relaxed mind observe the sensations of your natural incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 10-15 minutes or more. You can sit or lay down--eyes closed--No deep breathing. Don’t fight your thoughts. Make it a habit to observe your breath day and night before sleep, at work, when travelling, when studying etc with eyes open or closed. Best wishes--Counsellor.

@@Mahi_G11248 It is very simple but never meditate with expectations but with self-awareness. You do not do meditation -it happens to you. Even now as I type this msg I am observing my breath but not continuously. If you have too much overthinking stay away from negative media and any negative friends. Talk less. Silence is very helpful to relax the mind. Best wishes and prayers are with you--Counsellor.

@@chavale2 I am enjoying life because since the last 15 years I am busy, relaxed and successful as I have made it a habit to observe my breath anywhere-anytime day or night even during my normal activities. Once your mind and body are in control we are happy and can attract anything we want. Read more about positive effects of breathing on the mind on google. Best wishes.

Nice meaningful story.. There is something settle. Meditation cannot be a practice.. How will practice? Practice means Mind and Mind means action... Our narure is pure awareness, but without attain it in any way, but allow it to be revealed to us!! Blessings
