One great thing about Sandeep Bhai is that he is agreeing with the participants and appreciating their ideas. Many people, teachers, gurus, netas start telling others that they are wrong. That is when communication starts failing. There are a few things essential for effective communication: 1. Mutual respect and courtesy 2. Objective of the communication 3. Listening to others carefully 4. opinions supported by knowledge and evidence 5. avoiding unnecessary arguments 6. Sincerity and interest in the conversation/speech 7. Gradual progress towards the objective and conclusion through mutual agreement. Sandeep has covered all of these in one video. Great class. Please practice these whenever you make a conversation. Without practice communication skill cannot improve. Those who cut you off in the middle of your sentence and start saying "No, no no. no......," would you even like to talk to that person again?
