At my 20's when I was absolutely doing my studies I had a lot of uncleared visions, targets and expectations. Don't be afraid of bad outcomes of your decisions. Always remember either you succeed or you learn from your mistakes. Doing mistakes is not a problem but doing same mistake repetitively is definitely a problem. Start to see the two sides of a situation. And most importantly think about the worst case scenario of your decision. It will help you to become fearless of the bad outcomes. Try to keep a backup plan of your decisions so that if you fail in what you want, then also you have some other way to reach the destination. Try to follow these steps. I just can't believe that I have been doing this for the past 2 years. In 2022, I was severely depressed(not clinically) as I didn't crack jee exam to get into iits and I knew back of my mind that I didn't work hard enough and was just indulging into a lot of yt and insta back then. But one day when I saw a series of Sandeep Sir's videos I got addicted to his content, I have watched all his videos(mostly almost like 90%) and mentally I was happy and good. As he talks more about human psychology, I got interested in it and started watching others in yt. I started using insta only on weekends,even though it's still makes me addictive instantly. I slowly started applying Sandeep Sir's and others advices into my life and after a few months I can see the change in me mentally in my thinking process and my critical abilities improved which helped me seeing both the sides of every decision I take(although I still couldn't execute some becuz of i have lot of anxiety😅) But After seeing this video, it related to me and yeah whatever he said, it's 100% true. I hope I continue to grow like this,improving my life in every aspect and keep on learning smtg new from Sandeep sir❤
