Animorphs is the perfect example of where limitations are more interesting. The Animorphs could only be in morphed form for a maximum of two hours. This ended up being one of the most interesting elements of the story.

I know no one cares, but there's like... more than one scene where they go 'oh no, we don't got 'nuff men for this fite!' and when they're like 'aw shucks' the elf shows up and goes 'ah but there r more men sumwhere =)' then they go find the men, who are also ghosts, who need a special sword in order to be willing to fight, which the elf also happens to be delivering.

_Care to define what you mean by the term Magic system? I assume you mean the modern definition of the word system and not the ancient. I am a ceremonial magician. I don't know if that's what you're talking about. I can say this though ... that ceremonial Magic is like a surgeon's scalpel compared to the blunt force of prayer._ _by the way the whole idea of this ring comes from Plato's republic. As a teacher I think it would have been wise to mention that_ 14:09 _yikes. Deus ex machina means literally "God from machine." In theater in order to resolve the story the people would actually have to build a wooden device to allow the character to fly up into the air, for instance. sorry but that's an idiotic understanding._
