If Presiding officer or other polling workers protest after election what will happen to them no body knows. Central force posted on the outside of polling station - it is impossible for them to understand what is happening inside. - I know this very well because I have experienced this few times in the past though I am from Kolkata, now just imagine how is the voting pattern in rural areas.
