Great video Sandi, brought back memories of my youth in the early 90's. Lisbon, Jody's, Reflections, Masquerade, etc...

Hi Alan, I remember you and Tommy very well. Billy Vell DJ, Graham and Colin on he door. The Legend that is Tony Keeley. Roger Webb to name a few. I can never forget Jody’s Bar and the amazing nights there. We came from the youth group on a Wednesday and had our own little room to the side but alcohol not allowed. Just a great gesture from you guys to help us young gay men. You were a very genuine guy with a great sense of humour and smile. Thanks again 🥰👌🏽

Jody's was the best gay club in Liverpool, the alternative floor was knockout, such happy memories of the club, so sad how clinical gay bars and clubs are now

I'm so glad I clicked on your video. I suppose you're probably no longer working at Lisbon. I'm thinking about moving to Liverpool at the end of March. I'm an American currently in London, but it's too expensive for me to stay here long-term. A truly lovely video and thank you for sharing your coming out story and reflecting on your days at Lisbon.

Great video Sandi and The Lizzy just the same as when I went, early 80’s. What an ironic story being what the Lisbon became. Homophobia at its worst when you were sacked. You became the better person. Never met you but think your fab! Lovely gal. 😉
