Great interview. Krassimira Stoyanova sounds intelligent and sincere; it's amazing she learned to play violin then sang her first full role in opera as Violetta. I liked the discussion "the singer should make the voice sound like an instrument" juxtaposed to "the musician should make make the instrument sound like a singer's voice."

one of the two real verdian sopranos of our time , in my humble opinion. the other is Daniella dessi. it is amazing that krassimira is still active and singing Aida around the world.
