Every electronic device has some sort of heating issues associated with them. Heating will not make the device fail on you, so you can go ahead and get one without worrying so much!

Agar aapka smartphone naya hai - OTG se data transfer aaram se support karega. Kyuki ye pen-drive reverse-capable hai, so dekha jaye to dikkat nahi aayegi.

It is a backward compatible device - will work with TV. All you need to make sure that you are uploading your media in the right format as per the TV manufacturer's guidelines - otherwise media files won't show up!

Hey, majority of the USB drives are backwards compatible. So, if you want to use a 3.2 drive in a 2.0 port, it should work - but the speeds will be very low in that case.
