I don't see how anyone would dislike Sandra Bullock. It just goes to show you, some people are so negative, they'll find something wrong with anyone.

Eriqa Warren You don't think so?
@forestpark736 жыл бұрын
Eriqa Warren I guess it's just you. I still get the random Wakanda forever salute when I'm out and about lol. There's even an uprising in South Africa where they're taking their land back from Australian Colonists after that movie came out. I know black people that can relate with Killmonger and his rationale for wanting vengeance for the hatred imposed on black people worldwide for centuries, and those who relate with T'Challa for wanting to maintain peace and share their technology for the betterment of people. It's literally MLK vs Malcolm X. Professor X vs Magneto. 2 rationally opposed ideals. That's why the movie is a hit worldwide with people watching it 2-4 times even. The characters are totally relatable.
@mountainstream87186 жыл бұрын
I don't mean to interrupt but I'm not black and I relate to this movie in a big way. Gotta say I had to hold my tears when I saw it at the theater because I don't think most people here in my country give fair amount of appreciation towards great movies like black panther and I don't want them to think I was that weird kid who cried watching a superhero movie. They only came to watch because of the hype/because it's another MCU movie and it's cool to look up to date with the latest trend. And honestly I don't really keep up with MCU, and I came to watch because my friend wanted me to accompany him. Haven't even seen the trailer for this one, went straight to the theater not knowing anything. But damn do I get chills all the way through during the movie. Black Panther is one of the most beautiful movie I've ever seen in my entire life. It's perfect in every way. One word = beautiful.

Really? Black panther made her cry? Seriously I thought the movie was ok, but it's really not great or amazing, it's ok, why are people treating it like it's the best movie ever?
@SephirothWaifu6 жыл бұрын
Umm because it made more money then any marvel, and for me as MY prospective it was very gratifying and a movie that celebrates my cultural background and image. It was freaking hilarious to me. I just wanted more character development. My only complain and wish they didn't kill off that gorgeous man Michael B. Jordan. A villain that should have stayed around a bit because of his character's story. Just more room for developing characters and relationships. Sorry you didn't like it. Not everyone will but you have been over ruled as to the popularity of this movie and how OBVIOSULY successful it has been. So it matters not that you don't think the movie should be the best. Facts are facts, it is my friend :D So it doesn't matter. Wakanda Forever!! (seen it 2 and worth the ride!)
@tacodog7676 жыл бұрын
Wild African Signature, from a business side I see it, but movie making wise, movies not amazing, if I was gonna say be marvel movies, I'd say guardians 1, Spider-Man homecoming (He's may favorite hero, I'm a little bias) and winter soldier. Black panther was kind of sloppy, and the effects where bad, yes I loved Micheal B. Jordan's villan, but it's not an amazing movie, I'm not mad people love it, I felt so much pride when I watched coco (I'm mexican.) If you love it, that's fine, I'm not gonna tell you your wrong for liking it, but that doesn't mean I'm not gonna lie and love it.

Oh for Christ's sake...pump the brakes. Black panther was a decent movie but DEFINITELY not deserving of a FREAKING OSCAR🤣🤣🤣...IF black panther was deserving, how the fuck did dark knight, Logan and infinity war not receive any nominations? Guardians of the galaxy? No? What about wonder woman, which had at least as good a screenplay, better acting, and equally good costume design and cinematography?? No nominations for that because a white woman was the main character? Jeez... at this standard, fucking aquaman should get nominated for cinematography, but I bet you it won't.... this is a fucking pathetic identity politics stab to make up for the fact that will Smith didn't get nominated for concussion. As a lifelong cinema lover, i'm fucking APALLED that we are now expected to include god damn black panther in the same breath as movies like one flew over the cuckoo's nest, inception, schindler's list, 12 years a slave, forrest gump, darkest hour, silence of the lambs, to kill a mockingbird, and every other masterpiece film out there that featured transcendent acting, directing screenwriting and cinematography. Go fuck yourselves, oscars... year by year, losing more credibility

Why did Black Panther mean so much to her being a woman? Also when did she Micheal Jackson her nose?
@acacius99036 жыл бұрын
Because usually women in get mostly the over-sexualized parts in the movie. Black Panther chose to make the women strong and as important as the Black Panther. They were warriors that defended their country and they were not weak. Films influence people sometimes. Black Panther is showing women again to be strong and fight for what they believe. This goes for Black people too. If you did not understand that then I really don't know what to say. Plus she doesn't have MJ nose, so stop being rude.

So stop insulting people like a troll please its unbecoming and juvenile. You don't even know her personally just only how she markets herself in movies and what speeches she gives. She is so fake. In all of her movies, has she ever had a co-Star that was black? Heck, this new Ocean's 8 movie is nothing but WHITE women. If she is so for diversity, then why doesn't she show it by demanding black actors and actresses to be in her movies? She has more than enough power and prestige to make it happen!
