Growing up I always wanted Curly hair because my moms best friend has beautiful tight curls, but now that I am older , I realize how much work it actually is to take care of curly hair and love my straight thick hair. ice cream no it is not. If a persons hair is curly they’re short bald hair growing out would be curly . So no her hair is not curly . The movement she makes as her hair is drying causes it to wave up. I’m sure when she gets out the shower all she does is just scrunch her hair up to make it look like that or she just drys it with a towel. Like I said my bf hair did the exact same it looked curly but in all actuality it was not . Currently his hair is growing out from being short and is NOT curly it is straight .
