Great nugs. My partner loves her SDC she finds more bits than me. I usually get slightly bigger ones with the 7. Last trip out she got a 6 gram solid. Not the giant nuggets you guys find but she was happy none the less.

The SDC can find big gold if it's within reach. The problem is that it has a more limited detection range and the small coil means you are covering a lot less ground. My 128g speci (about 45g of gold) was found with the SDC but it was right on the surface.

How come you folks don't use a Post Hole digger, the kind that's attached to the back of a tractor, it would make a manual job into a quickie, plus it would be more enjoyable task. We use them in Ice Fishing too.
