The cassava leaves are rich in iron.After pounding them or better grinding them cook them with palm oil oignons or others spices and even add dried fish ,chicken, meat etc...They can be eaten with cassava,rice etc...

Cassava leaves are a delicacy in many West African countries. Same as potato leaves. Nigerians don't know what they're missing.

Hi Sandra, this cassava leaves is food. I am 🇨🇩 Congolese, and it is one of our traditional foods. In Europe it's so expensive
