Sandro Cavazza - My time as an artist is coming to an end

To my fans - I want to share the news with all of you that I have decided it is time for me to take a step back from my artist career. While the decision was not an easy one and may come as a shock for some of you, returning full time to my roots as a songwriter feels like the next natural step in my life. As a way to close this chapter, I want to leave you with some special new songs and one final concert in Stockholm - a celebration of the artist career I've had that has only been possible thanks to your support.
I am forever grateful for every single one of you that has followed my journey and listened to my music. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Oh my... Given that you're such an amazing, gifted singer, this is sad and unexpected, and as a fan I'm going to miss you so much, Sandro. But it's great that you know what's best for you and you follow your heart. I can't help but think of the time when Avicii made a similar decision to yours - to stop touring and focus on the studio work instead, for his own good.
