Un grandissimo campione, che ho avuto la fortuna di vedere giocare a Palermo.

One of the best players in the history of Inter Milan, in addition to being One Club Men of the same

The pass at 4:11 is a thing of beauty. I wonder who that was who passed it to him. Perfect

Pretty sure it’s the great Luis Suarez.

It could also be Mario Corso.

@@Vikp684Im a Barca fan so hope it was our shared legend Suarez. Now to read up about Mario Corso 👍 EDIT: Well I just watched some Mario Corso clips and wow what a player. Pure class. Zidane-esqe in his dribbling style. I have a feeling it was actually him who played that pass. Anyway tks for mentioning him. I love finding out about players/legends who Id never heard of.

@Vik Peters I am guessing it is Corso based on the way he keeps his socks, which was a tribute to his idol Omar Sivori (unless of course Suarez had a similar habit)

Yes, looking again it’s definitely Corso. The socks and the unorthodox use of his left foot give it away! Both Suarez and Corso were such elegant, inventive players. I grew up on stories about them from my interista father - they, along with Mazzola were his heroes. He remembered their passes as much as Mazzola’s goals. players like this hardly exist anymore, which is a shame. They were equally athletes and artists with a ball.
