The one at the end of House Sittin for Sandy was DEFINITELY unlikeable, she basically terrorized SpongeBob and Patrick by making them think she was going to KILL them with a ray gun. Even though it turned out to actually be a rag gun that can fix broken stuff, that was still an extremely jerkish move of her. Im pretty sure it was obvious to her that her two best friends were very frightened, yet she still made it look like she was going to kill them.

I think what this reveals to me about why I liked the comedy of the early is seasons is that most of the characters were written to be well-meaning but often had some trait get in the way like Patrick's stupidity, Spongebob's naivety, Sandy's ego or sometimes being too thick to notice what effect she has on others (such as pre-hibernation week), Squidward's relentless pessimism, Mrs. Puff's tendency to cut corners or get what she wants through less than ethical means (like letting Spongebob have extra credit but regretting it upon realizing he shouldn't be on the road), obviously Mr. Krabs' greed. Mr. Krabs has obviously done a lot of bad things out of greed to be honest though, even in early seasons (like selling Spongebob's soul for 62 cents).

In Wigstruck, instead of convincing SpongeBob to ditch the wig, Sandy Cheeks should have stand up for her friend and threaten the entire Bikini Bottom population to stop making fun of SpongeBob or they'll be beaten senseless by her.
