Hej Todderbert, thanks for the AM band scans. The Sangean DT-180 seems like a very nice pocket radio; I would love to have one, and also the older Sangean DT pocket radios you mentioned in the video. @todderbert Thanks! The only problem is too much candy and food around Christmas, so I put on a little weight. But I have to lose those extra kilos I put on with walks later. Walking with a radio will be good. Take care, Todderbert.

Thanks for this video. Does it work with rechargeable batteries? I once baught something similar but it didn't work with the rechargeables because they are only 1.2v.

It does but will not run as long as alkaline batteries. Tuning buttons don't always work properly. You'll also hear noise at low volume levels. If you decide to buy this radio then also purchase an external volume control to reduce the hiss and better earbuds. Otherwise you may be disappointed in your initial purchase of the radio.
