Arey bhai sahab koi aesa jamana bataiye jab parents khul ke apni aulaad ko sab disclose karte thaey. Mere dada ko 40 ki umar mein pata chala tha ki hum itne gareeb nahi hain. Shock laga. Mere papa ko bhi post office ki FDs ke baare mein dada ke antim samay mein pata chala. Papa ko apne baap ke marne ka dukh nahi tha, kyunki FDs hone ki aur saare kaagaz papa ko mil jaane ki khushi itni thi. Mereko bhi apne papa ki bas property ke baare mein pata hai, kyunki market rate toh mereko maalum hai, lekin aur kya assets hain. Mereko kuch bhi maalum nahi aur chhup chhup ke darwaza band karke papers wala suit case kholte hain. Bahar se mereko suit case khulne ki aur band hone ki awaaz aati hai. Kayi baari baahar se dekha hai suit case kaisa dikhta hai. Uske andar kya hai mujhe nahi pata.

Mera ek example hai. Family me ek doctor the wo 82 sal me umar me expire ho gaye. wo city ke bahut bare doctor the beta papa ke status se niche tha aaj ke bhasa me simple civil engineer jo daddy se kafi kam kamata hai (hum ye nahi bol rahe ki civil engineer job achcha nahi hai hum to khud ek engineer hai). doctor saheb kabhi beta ko ek futi kauri nahi diye (wo to ghus nahi diye taki government job mil jaye 1989 me)or unake marane par ab beta village ka property bech raha hai ye kam to unake zindagi me bhi so sakta tha single male child or few daughters sari beti ka status bete ke kafi age sare damad non donation doctors or city ke famous doctor. Agar aap beta se aamir hai to beta ka jarur help kijiye. or agar beta apane papa se age nikal gaya to or bhi problem.

Also the stamp duty income tax and other law issues are there. How to resolve these issues. It is prevailing in all over Indi.

Your opinion is good but I think in Indian situations where we r not getting good facilities from government so we hv to rely upon our own money.If we will sell assets and children will loose all money so what will be assurance of survival as nowadays moneyless person is total neglected by their own child also.A middle class person hv generally a flat or two and a bit farmland and some gold so it's easy to say but hard to implement.

Honestly, I don't feel like even thinking of having any rights on my father's or in-laws property. I earn well and by god's grace will be able to make it better with time. Whenever I will get any property due to law etc. I will takr an investment decision and will pass that money to my kid on regular basis or to my own parents if they do so while they are alive. No matter what sango sir say here. But I just don't feel connected to the money/property that is not earned by myself. My husband's feelings are same on this matter. I have seen so many children fighting with their parents on this. In my view, they all are useless and have no talent of their own to have any success in life. They spend their school/college life by wasting all their time, and jab kuch ban nahi paate and dhang ki job nahi lagti to parents ko blame karte hain ki unhone apne bacchon ke liye kuch nahi kiya

The interest rates are not more than 12%, which means around 1% per month. Banks are very serious players in the business of lending money, so if your friend isn't qualified to take a bank loan, I think you should avoid giving him a loan too. There is a French proverb: He who lends to a friend loses twice.

My husband r 5 brothers .The eldest cheated all the 4 brothers of their rights and put all the property in his daughters name ,and became the executioner of will , and cheated all father's money too.He was the first person to leave the house in 19 83. Since I did not leave the house we were given a 2 room flat only when the garden house was on 18 and a half quattas. The other 3 brothers were deprived just because they stayed out of country. All this happened because my father in law did not discuss inheritance even after his property was inherited from his Grandfather's. I am the wife of the 3rd son and 62 years old now .Hope we knew things about inheritance and our rights and discussed it with our father in law before so that He , his wife and rightful heirs were not deprived or cheated..🙏❤️
