Sir me to Gurgaon ka hi hu, Sector 14 old dlf colony me purana ghar h. Ab new flat kharida h at Kendriya Vihar Greater Noida. Perfect society and enough greenery with less population. And also good for Up-Down fom Noida sector 62 (IT Sez) because of direct expressway(Noida-Gr Noida)

I find what you say is logical, but what to do if I can't afford in Gurugram. Then isn't noida the second best option in ncr ? , as you also say that atleast noida is silver if gurugram is diamond. Though I wish I could buy in Gurugram. Thanks for the video.

I don't know about noida - greater noida but tier 2/3 towns are seeing a rise in rate of real estate as many people specially govt retires cannot purchase anything in tier 1 city so many people after retiring are coming to tier -1/2 cities.

Noida can never match Gurgaon's vibe. Gurgaon can never match NOIDA's infrastructure, planning, and maintenance. Ultimately, the ball is in your court. Personally, I chose to stay in Gurgaon because I studied there, started working there, it was always the aspirational city for me. Despite the fact that we own a few small holdings in NOIDA.

All points pertaining to Gurgaon are good and correct. However in the last 7 yrs of which 2 yrs went down to COVID, but Noida+ greater Noida, Palwal Faridabad were neglected decisively by their respective Govts. Gurgaon can surely command a higher price, but these 4 will definitely offer great appreciation opportunity. Supply is infinite for UP, and UP's population is also highest, as good as a top 10 country. Greater acquisition means pure area under better law and order.

Aap sahi kah rahe. Greater noida , me student bhar liye . Students ne kai sector , jaise alfa 2 , alfa 1 , aur bhi Kai sector hai jaha par 70 % to 80% students hai. students ne atmosphere spoil kar diya hai. Familes sector chod , chod ke bhag rahi hai , group housing me log shift kar rahe hai. Aur gentry to Greater noida , me bilkul nahi hai I am living in greater noida

I live in Noida Sector 150 . Gurgaon definitely is too ahead of Noida. However Noida rates will increase only in selected sectors. Infrastructure, quality of air is better around NGN Expressway. In future lot of investment and companies is definitely going to come in NGN as it is still affordable than gurgaon.

Don't believe the comments afcourse UP has 25 crore population so they will always try to demean Gurgaon. Gurgaon will always grow as all delhi wallas invests in Gurgaon and the NRIs of Haryana Punjab are high net worth people which will also invest in Gurgaon. While UP doesn't have that high net worth crowd.
