All the weight on someone's head can put lots of pressure on the neck and break it, or bring someone down and cause harm on more than just their head and neck. And if that person decides to sue you, you're screwed lol. Good luck trying to get yourself out of that, there's a reason artists and venues don't take liability for this stuff in the ToS
