Hold the M button for 5 seconds enters the settings, first put the year, then the date, then the hour, then the language, and the next is volume. Save option by clicking on M each time and it will go to the next step until it is done.

for me is working no problem try to reset take the batterys out or send it back :)

trow it to the trash! I have one of this and after some few uses started to give-me E1 error, it do not release the air as supposed. My sister also bought one, same model, same problem.

You have to remove all the saved settings by pressing and hold - +for 5 seconds or more..

It is PT- PT voice by default :P They usually supply the batteries. Nice blood pressure monitor
