Take out the batteries and Reinert them then press and hold the m button set the year date and time then in the next step comes languege l1 l2 l3 etc it will speak while doing it

No, as far as I know it is battery operated. You can buy separately power supply, you can use normal battery (4 x AA) or you can use 4 x AA rechargeable battery but you need buy separately rechargeable battery and battery charger.
