i went to windows catalog and for looked for the latest update for 22h2, i downloaded but it says faild and couldn't install. what can i do ?

The cumulative file is open by the windows explorer instead of the WUSA. I try to associate it with WUSA but it says it is not compatible. Does anybody else have the same problem?

I did a windows update restore, then rebooted, then ran the troubleshooting again, still showed error, then I did a fresh install of windows 11. Keeping files and apps, then I ran the troubleshooting again, still it showed error, did a windows update restore again, rebooted again. Tried to run the ms catalogue update.. it said my system was already up to date. Went to windows update setting - ran check for updates.. it downloaded new components and it was resolved
