I'm sure very few people noticed this but Sanji's observation haki is quite underrated. It can be seen in this scene that Katakuri predicted through his observation haki that Sanji will dodge the priest's bullet so he anticipated it, and thus, shot his jelly bean. Sanji's observation haki was able to detect that he was gonna get shot by the priest, but he also detected that he was gonna get shot by Katakuri. In essence, he detected two outcomes.

It's the fact that both Pudding and Sanji fumbled their plans that makes this scene extra special. Pudding was expecting Sanji to recoil in disgust to allow her time to shoot him, but he embraced her third eye; meanwhiile, Sanji was expecting Pudding to reveal herself as evil and give him the prompt to dodge swiftly and cooly, but he was surprised by something he didn't realize was beautiful and his Sanji-ness forced him to compliment that something. So both come at an impasse, confused at each other's reactions. And Oda says he doesn't like writing romance, he's so good at it!

That's actually a big theme in One Piece, where family doesnt have to be biological. We're shown several biological families that are broken (like Big Mom's, Sabo's, to an extent Usopp's i guess) while made-up families are really strong (Nami-Nojiko-Bellemere, Robin and the scholars, Luffy-Ace-Sabo, etc.). Pretty sure there are more examples for both, and outliers which doesnt exactly fit (like Vivi's family being a caring one) but those are usually the exceptions and not the norm
