Put little oil in a vessel.add little common ( jeera) then 2smash garlic , 2slit green chillies,. 1tomatoe add 1cup masoor dal 2cups water remove whistle two. Then open add salt, turmeric ( haldi) little garam masala your packet masala. Then add little coriander powder boil for five minutes. In oil befr closing cooker and adding dal you can slit fine a 1 onion.make slightly pink then add dal close coiker

Non Sanjip ne donne pas a jonson cette sauce épicée Plus dune fois jina tu a des conseils pour faire manger jonson qui n'est pas compliqué ,puisque tu as des pommes de terres que tu épluche faire cuire dans de l'eau une fois cuite tu écrase bien la pomme de terre avec un peu de lait sans épices un petit repas pour jonson, C'est de la même façon avec le riz toujours écrasé . It's hard sometimes to understand why we say the things we do about Jonson food especially when culturally the ppl of Nepal have been feeding their babies adult food for generations. Probably because we in the western world have been taught to feed babies very plain food until they get older. But who knows no doubt you adults have been fed adult food when you were babies and your all ok. Your food is organic better than our processed food.

It's is personal problems, Jina always just care her meals only, she said Jonson like adults food,, because she lazy to cook baby porridge,,,,,l saw one time she feed baby only,, she never feed two there more time just say he don't like to eat ,,, she never learn from manjita,, why manjita can make clean , Jonson baby is very han dsome boy,,, but he have a lazy mom, she own self dirty， unhygienic ,to effect her son very dirty, she just care for herself food only, really l feel pity that, baby Jonson,,,,😢😢😢

We can life poor, but hygiene is no 1. We also life like this before at my village long time ago. But we're not dirty even though we didn't have running water that time either but cleanliness is prioritised. You need to take a bath and change your and your baby clothes.
