Maxx is the heart and soul of the Defence and it has been a pleasure to watch him get better every year as he leads the Raiders. Usually they have a handful of really good players and an abundance of guys on their roster who might not be starters on any good team. Once that gets addressed, they may actually be in the conversation of SB contenders. Part of the problem with this team has been the poor drafting, pre-Telesco. There are some pieces, but lets face it, many positions could use an upgrade. Lets look at the O-line, instead of starting JPJ at center, they put Andre James back in as center. James needs to be a backup at best. Guard needs to be addressed also. WR, RB, DE if Koonce doesn't come back, LB if they let Spillane or Deablo walk in FA, CB if Hobbs leaves. I think that five years is going to be a reality in getting this ship up righted. I think Telesco is going to do his due diligence on the top QB's, but I think its a mistake to trade up for the top two. Caleb Williams is good, but lets face it at 4-11 they aren't better than the Raiders, and that's what the top two QB's would look like next year on this team. I honestly think that if Allar was coming out this year, that would be Telesco's pick, as he has measurables similar to Justin Herbert. But yeah, Milroe would be a good add in the second round, this year.

Aidan O'Connell has been improving game over game despite the controversy surrounding this team. The thing the Raiders need to do he bring in a Head Coach that can call plays on offense, name AOC as the starter heading into next year. Give him that training taking the starting reps to practice with the starters and build up some chemistry. I see nothing but upsides with Aidan, I believe he's the go and the Raiders just need to give him the support he needs to be a starter in the League. A good QB doesn't throw for multiple touchdowns and multiple 200+ yards in the NFL by accident with only Brock Bowers to throw to and no offensive line to keep the pocket clean.

The biggest problem we have is that we don't draft the best players on the board! You can tell me all you want it's that we don't draft a QB. Truth is in the past drafts, look at the wasted picks and the players we could have actually drafted. It's insane! Don't let pressure from fans or player's make you choose anyone other than the best player in the draft! Damn! Just think people, be logical, remove the emotion.

If you read between the lines, he is making it clear that if they blow it up again and firing AP after one year, he would have a problem with that. That’s the same thing that I have stated for weeks. Do what you need to do to correct the offense but stop firing coaches prematurely. He understands you will never win with that formula look across the league. Thanks Sanjit.

As a student of the NFL, Maxx should know that it takes awhile to turn around a franchise that has been deeply buried by decades of bad choices by management. He's put a lot into the Raiders, and his frustration is understandable, but that's the NFL. Archie Manning spent ten years on a sucking team in New Orleans where he probably would have won Super Bowls somewhere else. If he doesn't want to stay, he can leave in free agency when that comes up. That's life. It wasn't the Raider's fault that Goodell wanted to screw over Gruden.

I don’t expect the team to lose Maxx. I’m assuming that Tom is in contact with Maxx and his agent and that they’re working on something. Also, the Raiders have to land a big time head coach, whether that’s Ben Johnson or another up and coming OC. Upgrade the trenches and take a swing at a QB in round 1 or 2, but definitely solidify the trenches and play sound football. It may take some time to get our QB, but it starts with the right HC. I like Tom Telesco fur the next 5-6 years as you said.

I have a question. Do Mike Tomlin do he calls the defense? Through the culture Detroit call the defense. The last time we had two head coaches call offensive plays they had their egos. I'm good with the head coach. Just being the head coach because AP is a defensive player. Played in lead for many years at a good level and it just wouldn't make sense for him to take over the defensive play calling when we got Patrick Graham who is a really good defensive coordinator because it's more of the scheme than the players that makes his defense good. So imagine if we had impact players on each level, we'll be like Baltimore of the 2000s

Mike Tomlin don't call plays 🤷 I also feel like Telesco is more on the hot seat than AP. Telesco has gone against everything AP has wanted and look where we ended up this yr. That low key makes a case for AP especially with him taking more control of the roster and new reports coming out that Telesco never made an official request to move up for a QB, he just called to see if they were interested. Off-season moves were questionable as well. This why I personally believe AP isn't going anywhere and I vouch for him for now.

First of all you have to understand that the shares sold by the owner of the team are not to pay the players and if he did it would be against NFL rules. Second, no player is indispensable, if Crosby wants to leave let him go because the team is not here to put up with divas. Third, I have seen everyone play better without Maxxx Crosby, I wonder if it wouldn't be better to trade him for a second round draft pick.

We had a great thing going when we had bill musgrave as our offensive coordinator under Jack del Rio, we had the number 1 offense with a so so defense but we did great. Musgrave was begging del Rio and Mckenzie to draft Derrick Henry with our 1st pick, he was there for the taking...but no we drafted Juan Howard 😡. We've had far too much inconsistency with our coaching and g.m.'s. I really hope we're able to convince Maxx to resign with us, losing a caliber like him would set us back awfully. We need to pick a solid qb this time but winning games right now has got to be the stupidest thing to do. Bench all the starters let the 2nd and 3rd stringers finish the season.
