I heard the vessel had a retractable main keel. If the keel was pulled up in the stowed position, it inherently has much less stability. If that was combined with open portholes due to hot weather and high winds, and an extremely tall mast, it would not be very hard to cause the vessel to heel over in the wind until it was sideways, and take on lots of water or even flip over upside down. If the skipper survived, perhaps he knows what was the last known position of the retractable keel. (was it up or down) Maybe the divers could also determine its position. One theory is the keel being up caused the accident.

All we saw was photos and short video clip of some people getting out of a plane - that doesn't confirm when they exited that plane or where. If it was only the Unfortunates on the Yacht, then it would seem merely like a very unfortunate freak of Nature. What takes it into conspiracy realms is the sudden death of one of his co defendants in the trial, in a completely separate incident, many miles away. A third defendant in the same trial was convicted and sentenced to five years. I think his term is over now at this time. The individual killed by a hit and run driver, while on a routine run, is a little too convenient for the “random” event description. It makes sense in a way that a very powerful entity possibly sent a message. One that says we don’t even have to care that it is so obvious; be aware of that. This is what we are capable of.

The water spout once full of water unlike a tornado that has an upward force has a downward force. If it was to come in contact with the sailing ship near the mast then it would push the vessel down on one side now bringing the mast in contact with the downward force of the spout. If unluckily the spouts route was now along the mast it would start to exercise more and more force as the spout made it's way along the mast. At some point as the spout got closer to the end of the mast the leverage factor would of given the spout with it's downward force the advantage and pinned the mast to the sea's surface and breaking the mast in two ,not lightning as the ship was designed to take lightning strikes and had been hit before without incidence . She would of taken on a substantial amount of water and wouldn't of been able to right herself, either due to her design, windows being blown out by the force of the water spout doors or hatches not fully secured or a combination of all three.

Your are omitting the main issue. What started that "spout" ? The physical description of what happened sounds good, but you miss the trigger point. What did it ? an unexpected tornado ? what a surprise !

Who are the instigators is difficult to say. Maybe Italy, maybe Russia, maybe it is an internal struggle between bankers. Surely such blatant murders are a clear threat to other powerful people. The world dynamics are changing, it is a period of strong international tensions.
