This is called idli in South India.We won't add Yeast.Will keep the batter for 8 hrs and then prepare.

I tried yr sanaa idli it was a failure yeast smell was awful n it wss not soft at all it was like rock i followed the same method it was very disappointing i cannot go wrong as i am a very good cook
