Welcome to a new video! It finally starts to feel like summer here on the west coast and I am happy that June gloom is finally fading out. It's been so grounding and fun to be home and just to do fun activities out and about. My friend Sylvie (@kettlepaints) came to visit us from Australia and we decided to go out to Joshua Tree. She will be staying in our place for the upcoming month while she is working on some new paintings.
I wanted to take you with and share snippets of my daily life. Hope you enjoy!

When I went to Joshua Tree, I ran into a woman who said she once fell into a hug with a barrel cactus!! Needless to say, she went to the hospital. Anyway, hydrocolloid bandaids are a lifesaver - they stay on in water, and you can remove them when fully healed. Happy healing

Yes! Seed is very focused on just being a probiotic while AG1 includes a lot more minerals & vitamins . I take both but Ofcourse that is so personal
