Hi! Love the content information!! Amen to all everything supporting stress management. It does come in all forms the biggest for me is other people and societal norms. I love coming and going as I please but outside demands can truly cause the most anxiety. You’re got me thinking of all the things you do to calm stress, and as a way to restore what has been taken so you can always prepare your body for all the demands. Thanks so much! Do you have a special journal that you like?

Thank you for the video. I have a pretty high metabolic rate and my periods have been very on and off over the last few years. I have been working on reducing my stress levels for a while, so really like your approach. At the moment, I'm eating 2000Kcals to maintain a weight that allows me to have my period. Unfortunately, my hunger doesn't match my body's energy needs. I therefore find I'm having to 'sort of' force feed myself most days, which isn't very enjoyable. Been doing this for about 2 months now. Did you find (that over time) your body got used to the amount of food you needed and now you are able to follow your hunger cues? :) Thanks x
