I would like to see elements of Japan's unique culture in the video. Vintage shopping and fancy drinks seem fun, but maybe we can find them in other parts of the world, too. That's because we drink Matcha/Koi cha at home. Green tea and other teas are normal day to day tea, we dink almost like water. lol Matcha tea, you drink when you have sweet's that go will/better with Matcha and when you have guest and serving Wagashi. My mother and grandma makes matcha quite often at home. Now I live abroad I too brought Matcha set with me so I can enjoy Matcha at home every now and then like them. But as you know, you will find lot of Matcha sweets/desert in almost every cafe, restaurant, supermarket and even in Konbini. We enjoy Matcha in various form not just as tea. :)

PS. Unfortunately this custom is fading, especially among younger generation. So it's wonderful you put spot light into it. Make Matcha more accessible and to make home Matach normal and cool again. XD Arigatou.

Loved this vlog! I gotta say, one of the main reasons I joined SoulSyncBody a couple of years ago is precisely so I can do it anywhere, namely when travelling, having more or less time, more of none equipment, etc. I can then keep some sort of routine which is key for me! 🥰🥰 love you Sanne!

Hey Sanne, I’m back again! I was just watching your hormonal video from 3 weeks ago, and I was thinking… have you ever tried HILIIT? It’s HIIT but low impact so it doesn’t spike your cortisol so much (and it’s easier on joints). I like to switch between HILIIT, Pilates and walking and it’s really helped me in my weight loss/health journey. Anyways, I’m gonna go back to watch your video on Japan! ❤️ Donna x

I’m pretty knowledgeable about the gut microbiome and human physiology in general, but I never really thought about oral bacteria affecting the gut as much as its potential for negatively affecting the heart and causing heart disease via bad bacteria entering the bloodstream.
