The "medley" part is actually a part in Neapolitan. 'cause the singer named La Nina is a neapolitan singer :)

This is one of my favourite performances of Sanremo 2024 festival. It was so powerful, and I love the languages mix. What you said sounded middle eastern was napoleatan dialect. They slayed! 😍

the medley part is in Neapolitan and it says: "Quant'amm''a alluccà po fà sentì na voce? Aizammo 'a capa, pigliammoce 'sta luce Nun sapimmo che n'amm''a fà 'e tutti 'sti scuse A noi datece 'a libbertà, voi teniteve 'e rrose Ca nun vulimmo cchiù campà dint'â paura" translated in English is: "how much do we have to shout to make a voice heard? let's raise our heads and let's take this light we don't know what to do with your apologizes give us the freedom, you keep the roses we don't want to live in the fear anymore" in November 2023 an Italian girl called Giulia Cecchettin was killed by her ex boyfriend just few days before her bachelor degree. The bigger sister talked in television for the first time in Italian history about patriarchy, the responsibilities of Italian society and things like that. There were a lot of feminist demonstrations and for the first time the narrative of feminicides really changed in Italy. So that's the meaning of this medley. Every time I hear it I've got shivers.
