After watching outpost76 for a while now I have noticed that you cannot go wrong with a cheaper knife every so often. They often outperform more than myself, maybe others give them credit for. I use knives in my daily business. I buy D2 for my work knives usually. It's funny to hear knife guys tout super steels when don't even really use their knives IMO. Expensive knives are fun, but in real life budget makes more sense in a lot of cases.

I have one just like that and a 1005-GQ and I actually treasure them. When I need to use a knife, I use my Ganzos. Check out the Ruike P852-B. It's not as fat as the SRM's but it's also in the same mold. Same recurve. No thumb studs but also has the secondary lock.

w0w! looks almost perfect. did a quick google, saw the reddish, so now I think there's another damn knife on my fkn list thx to you. Did you size comp next to your gorgeous 200? And I saw while on Amazon a similar knife from them but no recurve and almost 10 bucks more I think it was a 1005 not the 1006. The 1006-GB and the 1006(red) I cannot fig a difference? I likey a-lot and need one now. Please tell Christine I say heyhay!
