I made this today (im an absolute beginner at baking :'D) I think the sugar i used was too big crystals cuz it refused to become as smooth as yours lol. I do have to say though, at the part where you sift the dry ingredients into the wet in 3 parts, I REALLY struggled at the last part of sifting, because it went from looking like the correct consistency, to becoming straight up dry crumbles like you would sprinkle on a pie. I added a few tiny amounts of water, and it did manage to make it finally become a whole though! The cookies actually turned out SUPER nice im actually really proud of myself in the end :')❤

Oh you don’t have to :D I said three parts because it’s easier to combine flour into dough more thoroughly~ so you don’t have those little clumps of flour randomly in your dough.

I used unsalted butter! But if you only have salted- go ahead and substitute it, but remove any salt from the recipe.

Ya- around 1 finger width between each would be good! Make sure to check bake times if they’re frozen solid

@@soiisticechill is really up to you, I say it should be longer in the fridge, and shorter in the freezer- this is so that we don’t let the cookies spread. For thickness- it’s up to you!! Watch them out tho, cause the thiner they are the faster they cook.
